• Core writing works offline after installation.
• Voice AI and Writing AI setup needs internet access for the required download.
• iCloud Sync needs an internet connection to keep your work up to date across your Macs.

Please include the app version, your macOS version, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots can help. Do not send documents, recordings, account details, or other private material unless we specifically ask for it and you choose to share it.
